You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Customer Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swiply will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
